Unfortunately because there's no marking, you can't really know for sure unless you were to have its contents analyzed.
But... having found it inside of a cigarette box in a bowling alley where lots of young partiers like to hang out, this could very well be some type of illicit drug such as "E".
The only other pills that don't require markings are those that are OTC and/or dietary supplements. But I don't see why anyone would carry a supplement in their cigarette box.
Please post back if you ever do decide to send the pill to a lab for an analysis..as I'd be pretty curious to know what it is too. Maybe someone else on here will be able to recognize it sooner than later.
