Hello, Bernece! How are you? I am very sorry about the problem you're having with drug prices. Many have risen to outrageous amounts in the past few years. I spoke to a local pharmacist not too long ago and he said that even a couple antibiotics have soared to crazy high prices.

Unfortunately, since Norco is available as a generic, there are no assistance programs available to help with its cost. However, on most pages of this site, there is a pharmacy discount card that you can print. It is free, just click the link, type in your email address, print it, and take it to your pharmacy. It may help.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Can you post back with a breakdown of the prices for each? I'm curious, especially since most places list Norco as only being between $200 to $300 for the name brand.

Can you take the generic of any of the others?
