From what I can find, this tablet contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, a generic for Benadryl, which is most commonly used to treat allergies, and insomnia.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
