Pinaverium Bromide + Tight Muscles As A Side Effect?

I have been taking Pinaverium Bromide (Dicetel), for many years to ease my IBS symptoms. I have also had extremely tight sore muscles in my neck and shoulders for as many years. Is it possible the the extreme tightness in my neck and shoulders is a side effect of taking pinaverium bromide?

Does anyone else take pinaverium bromide and suffer from very sore neck and shoulder muscles every day?

I'm not seeing this listed as a known side effect, but the details available are rather scant.

Do you take any other medications? Do you have any other medical conditions?
