Pinaclav 500 Side Effects

Hi, I'm on pinaclav 500 for 5 days now. I've another 5 days to go and since today there has been blood in my semen. Could the pinaclav be causing this. There is no pain, just a red tint. These are large white tablets, I'm also taking vimovo 500. These are orange.
