it is oblong and white.It has the number 5194 on one side.And 93on the other what is this?

i found 3 of these pills in my little sisters room and i dont know what they are, or why she would possibly have them. i am 23 and she is 14. our parents are on vacation and i am watching her. when i asked her about them she denied that they were even hers.
