Its two weeks and 3 days today since i had sex with my fiance, it was on 22nd of march, i was to have my periods from 1st April, but that day i saw spotting on my pant, it has bin doing that for 8days now, and every day i have lower back ache, abdominal pain and mild pain in my breasts. could i be pregnant? we used withdrawal method n my guy was so keen & i told him but he says that i am not coz he could have known that he has impregnated me. if am pregnant, what pills can i use at this moment to terminate it

My last mensuration date was 19th july and I was expect this month period since. Yesterday 15th of the month & I didn't see the trace. Is it. Possible that I can see it or which preventive can I use?
