I've also been able to find some clues hinting that this pill is some sort of pain killer. From what I could gather, it is more than likely "Hydrocodone 5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg" manufactured by Poly Pharmaceuticals. Perhaps it is either foreign or discontinued, which would explain the lack of available information.
I went on the webpage for Poly Pharm. and they list no contact information at all. So I get the sense that something is very sketch about this company; but my intuition still holds firm on the pill identification.
