Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Atacand HCT; it contains a combination of Candesartan (16 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg).

NOTE: A CS 162 is the full imprint on this pill.

Atacand is used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).
