Pill With Half Moon

I found a white round pill that has a half moon on it and the number 083 is what looks like but honestly having trouble making out last number. On the opposite side it is scored. Can someone help me identify this? Thank you.

I believe the numbers are actually 063. This tablet is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list it as containing 2mgs of Lorazepam.

The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
