Pill With Ds (smz/tmp Ds 800-160

Physician asst. gave me this for a constant dripping of my nose. I asked for an antibiotic. I took one (it was a large white one with a slice indent in it In two hours I vomited it up.

That can be a side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA, you may also experience dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Did you actually see the pill in your emesis? It would be unusual for it to still be fully intact and sitting in your stomach after 2 hours.

However, if you did, you may need to consult your doctor about trying a different antibiotic.
