Oblong light/pale yellow pill with imprint of W907

The pill in description is Ranitidine HCL (300 mg).

NOTE: This pill is noted to be white; not pale yellow.

Ranitidine is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Ranitidine is also used alongside fexofenadine and other antihistamines for the treatment of skin conditions such as hives.
