This is generic codeine and acetaminophen; 30mg of codeine and I believe 325mg of acetaminophen. The brand name is Tylenol #3 with codeine. It is a controlled substance, narcotic pain killer used for moderate to severe pain. It causes constipation unless you drink lots of water, sweating, tiredness, dizziness, euphoria, blurry vision. Alcohol intensifies this.
