White oval pill with the numbers 44324 one one side and blank on the other. What is it?

Hello, Deb! How are you?

While I'm having trouble finding any identification for this particular tablet, I can tell you that it is an over the counter product. All tablets that use a 44 on them, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

If I had to guess, based on the shape, I'd think it was a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, but I'm not certain of that. It is commonly used to treat pain and fever, the FDA lists the typical side effects as including nausea, dizziness and headache.
