Pill M/283 What Is It Used For

Hi, can you verify that this is a flexeril? I have a pill that has an m imprint on one side and 283 on the other side.

The only Flexeril tablet I can find with 283 on it is round, a yellowish/peachish color and also has the letters IG. I haven't found any with an M and 283, in any NIH identification listing. Can you please double check the imprint? What color is the pill in question?
