round white pill imprints 54 814, someone said they where opanas could you tell me please

It took some hunting to find this one, however, yes, the tablet with this marking and description does contain 10mgs of Oxymorphone, the active ingredient in Opana, a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
