Is the marking on the other side possibly CG? Can you please double check and post back?

If so, Novartis Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 160mgs of Valsartan, sold under the brand name Diovan. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, increased urination, and hypotension.
