This is a supplement, containing:

Passiflora, Avena Sativa, Humulus lupulus, Chamomilla, Calcarea Phosphorica, Ferrum Phosphorica, Kali Phosphorica, Natrum Phosphoricum, Magnesia Phosphoricum.

It is an over the counter, homeopathic remedy, called Calm's Forte.

Thus, as with any other OTC supplement, it is touted, but not proven to treat and help with many thing.
