L358 is NOT generic Dilaudid, nor any type of narcotic. This is an over the counter tablet containing 10mgs of Phenylephrine and 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine, used to treat cold and allergy symptoms.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and dry mouth.
