Pill For Shoulder Pain

Due to heavy rain my door was strucked, so I pushed hasrsly by my left shoulder after I feel severe pain in left shoulder , left upper arm @ also having a pain in left neck my doctor suggested neurokind LC TAB, neurorelax but it's not working out both tabs are stiffening the nerves but not relaxing kindly suggest me goodown, smooth and permanent relief pills, Thank U
