Is the marking actually two triangles and 4980?
If so, this is a medication that is no longer available, it contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, it is a mild narcotic pain reliever that was removed from the market due to the fact that it was found to be cardiotoxic and cause an unusual number of overdose fatalities.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
