Hi, Jen! How are you?
If there are no markings on it, then we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured/approved prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. The only exception would be something specially ordered and done by a compounding pharmacy, but they don't typically use colored capsules.
That means that this is most likely something that's available over the counter.
Where did you find it?
Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.
