I found this white round pill in my sister's bag I borrowed. It ha WIN over 191 (WIN/191) on 1 side, nothing on the other, what could it be?

I am having a difficult time locating this pill, are there any other markings on the pill? Are you sure it says WIN 191? Please double check your pill, I really would like to help you locate this pill.
