Pill S On One Side And 710 On Other

it is a small yellowish round pill with an S on one side and 710 on the other... anybody got any idea what it is?

The pill you have is Topiramate (50 mg).

Topiramate treats epilepsy in children and adults and was originally marked as an anticonvulsant.
