Tiny White Round pill RX625 printed all around the edges

I believe the marking you are looking at is actually meant to be RX 526, it is manufactured by STAT RX USA and they list it as containing 10mgs of Loratidine, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent allergic reactions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
