found on road-side white pill with 44 369 on one side and nothing on the other side. does anyone know what this is?

This is an over the counter medication, a generic or store brand of Midol. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 25mgs of Pamabrom and 15mgs of Pyrilamine.
