Hi Gerald - I checked with Roxane (the manufacturer of the 54 142 Methadone 10 mg) and it states that peak concentration of the drug will exist in the system between 1 - 7.5 hours after ingesting. [1] What is your current dosage schedule? I'm not sure if these tablets are specifically time release but it does sound like a single dose is meant to last for a while...
