Research I have gathered shows that your pill is Penicillin V Potassium (500 mg).

NOTE: I wasn't able to retrieve a photograph of the pill, but it is oval and white, with 93 on one side and 5195 on the other.

Penicillin is a group of antibiotics derived from Penicillium fungi; and is used in the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms.
