Picture Of White Round Pill Imprinted With 319 - Possible Tramadol?

I have this pill and need answers as I don't know what it is? It has 319 on one side and blank on the other side. It's round and white.

This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, which is an opioid used treat pain.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, and headache.
