The tablet with the 5032 20/25 marking contains 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is used to treat high blood pressure. It is not a narcotic of any type. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, dry cough and stomach pain.
There is also not Oxycodone with a K 25 on it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
