This tablet was manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. This dosage is no longer available in the U.S.

The FDA warns that this medication carried the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

The maximum dosage available now is 10mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
