First off, there is not 75/750 Lortab, it does not come in that high of a dosage.

Second, due to copyright reasons, I cannot post a picture, but I can confirm that this is a generic for Lortab, it contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone.

This is a narcotic pain reliever.

Some of the most common side effects include drowsiness, nausea and constipation.
