The word phzer appears to be a misspelling of the pharmaceutical company pfizer. They manufacture a number of different medications.
Based on your description of a white pill with a black stripe, the closest match which I found was a white capsule with Pfizer PGN 50 on it, and a black stripe. You can view an image here. If this is what you have then it is Lyrica 50 mg which is an anticonvulsant drug. You can read more about this medication at:
