The pill in description is Zithromax (250 mg); also known by the generic name Azithromycin.

Azithromycin is used to treat or prevent certain bacterial infections, most often those causing middle ear infections, tonsillitis, throat infections, laryngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, Typhoid, and sinusitis.
