I can't find this listed in any of my identification resources, but I can tell you that it IS NOT Phentermine.

These tablets marked with an L followed by the additional set of numbers are over the counter items.

This company makes many different generic and store brands of pain relievers, allergy pills and etc.

I will keep looking and post back if I find anything on it.

What led you to believe it was Phentermine?
