Phentermine No Imprint

I have a half yellow half white capsule that's supposed to be 45 mg of phentermine but has no markings on it.. Is this phentermine and is there a such thing as 45 mg

No and no!

In the U.S. all prescription tablets are required to have unique markings to enable their identification in case of emergency and the highest dose available is 37.5mgs.

If it has no markings, it is most likely some type of over the counter product.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia and diarrhea.
