K 25 IS IMPRINTED ON THE PILL AND IT IS WHITE AND BLUE SPECKELED OVAL SHAPED.

I've been taking phentermine for quite a while. In the beginning I lost so much weight but the doctor I was seeing moved away and I had to find a new doctor. That was over 2 years ago. After changing doctors I stopped loosing weight in fact I have gained 10 pounds (more but will loose some and gain again) I have changed doctors 2 times and still the same but this one I'm seeing now seems to be the least effective. Oh, the first doctor gave me a vitamin called Vitabese with the pill. Anyway the imprint on this 37.5 phentermine pill is k on one side of the line and 25 on the other side. It has blue specs and is oval shape. Do you guys know if it's the pill or me?? Thanks for helping...Karen

I ordered phentermine and looks very different it is a large white oval pill with blue specks that look like they are painted in the center. When you break in half there are no blue specks in the pill just on the outside. I ordered from Bill YGuy. I am scared to take them and wondering if anyone else has received the same thing. The number on the pill is MP273

This is Phentermine. It is just new (March 2008). Manufactured by KVK Tech. It is oval in shape with K on left side and the 25 on the right separated by a line. The Acetaminophen one does say K25 on it but it is a round pill.

I found and oblong pill, a peach color or light orange, and on one side it says AN 617, the other side is blank. I dont know what it is! Can someone help me?

The phentermine is only used to help control hunger and help give the energy needed to exercise. The drug is meant to be an assistant to a life style change of better eating and regular activity. I also take phentermine and i have lost 33 lbs and kept it off for 3 years. Be carefull not to lose to quickly or the weight comes back. Typically successful continuous loss should be 1-3 lbs a week. Too much loss too quickly can be unhealthy.good luck and keep up the good work everyone reading.

My "Dr." Just started me on 'Adipex/Phentermine' 37.5 mg...1 x a day, preferably to take in morning. I get all my meds filled at 'CVS' pharmacy... My pill is white oblong shaped with blue/teal specs on whole pill, & the front of my pill has a ...V... back has numbers ...50|30...as the line in center, but only where the #'s are! Well good luck & always remember, if not sure. Then don't take, simple as that, or ask a professional! :-)

Hi,
I hope you respond to my message bur if you don't I understand.
Anyhow, I was taking these for a very long time. I was able to loose 25 pds and keep it off. I haven't taken it since July and I've gained 8 pds but I have a feeling that number might go up. The truth is my source no longer seems to exist so I'm sourceless.
I've been trying to do some research but cannot seem to find anything. Have you found something?
