Hi Alina,
Phentermine in the US is available by prescription only. So you're going to have to see a doctor about this and cross your fingers that he/she is willing to write for it... However I don't necessarily think you'd have a hard time at all finding the right doctor if there's a legitimate or obvious need.
Having said that, my mom took phentermine a number of years ago and while I don't know if it had helped her reach her weight loss goals, what I witnessed was that it seemed to have some unsightly effects on her everyday mood and personality. I think this goes to show that each person may respond differently to phentermine. Though it is my hope that you continue to experience its benefits without side effects for as long as you decide to take it.
