Phentermine 810

My wife keeps getting these oval small white pills that are scored in the middle. they are white with little blue or green specks. the # on the pill is either 810 or 018 depending on how you hold the pill. she is taking them for weight loss. but the doctor never writes a script and she has to go there to get them. each visit is 180.00 can these be bought over the counter? what are they? and are they safe?

I have been unable to find anything that matches this description and I've searched multiple databases, I even poured over 7 pages of Phentermine pills.

It seems very odd that he would give them to her there, rather than write a prescription. Phentermine tablets are also usually not small, they are large oval tablets about the same size as a Vicodin tablet.

The FDA lists Phentermine as being a stimulant that's used to aid in weight loss. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, anorexia, insomnia and nervousness.

Has she lost any weight? What type of doctor is she seeing?
