Phentermine 15mg

Hi iv been taking 15mg phentermine once a day for 9 days and have been on a 850 kals a day and walk 2 miles a day and I haven't lost anything should I ask my doctor 30mg or dose it take longer to work

Yes, it does take awhile to work, at only 9 days it really hasn't even reached its full efficacy level in your body, yet.

At 850 calories though, you may be causing some problems for yourself, because if you go too low, your body goes into protective mode and you won't see the weight changes that you expect. Is your doctor aware that you've taken your calories that low and have they approved of it?

There is a certain amount of calories and nutrients you need in a day to maintain your health and vital functions, regardless of how much weight you want to lose.
