Phensy And Corex

I'm using Phensy and rex from last 12 years,If I don't take I feel very unactive and lazy,once I use ,then I'll be charged,Manytimes I tried to stopped but certain gaps,again continued,I want Fullstop,I know I am going for the valley of death,but i can't stopped my-self,plz some if any one is there to help me or guide me,or else any solutions.........
