No, it is not safe to try to inject any medication that has not been specifically formulated to be used in such a manner.

Tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body, they are normally just expelled as waste.

However, when you break tablets down for injection, you are placing these substances in your body in a manner in which it cannot properly dispose of them. This creates the risk of your developing blockages which could lead to embolism or stroke.

There are injectable forms of most medications available and, if that's what you need, then you should see about being prescribed one of them, rather than tablets.
