This tablet contains 15mgs of Phentermine and yes, it requires a doctor's prescription. It is a psychostimulant, so it has the potential to cause some dangerous side effects, such as elevated heart rate and blood pressure, thus its use requires a doctor's approval and regular monitoring.

Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and insomnia.
