Pharmapress Overdose?

My mom is on pharmapress 10 & takes 1 twice a day, morning and night. Every now and again I've noticed she's taken an extra one(I think she's developing Alzheimer's). What I would like to know is if this can have bad side effects and if so,what would they be? She's 75 years old & her blood pressure was 270/135. The pharmapress has taken it down to 136/85 which the doctors say is normal. Do I need to hide this medication from her. Concerned

There is a risk of her blood pressure and heart rate dropping too low, if she takes too much. If that occurs, she would probably show danger signs, which the FDA lists as possibly including extreme dizziness, drowsiness, fainting and shallow breathing.

If such symptoms are severe enough, it could result in death.

Given her condition, it would likely be better for you to dispose the medication to her, as prescribed.

Is there anything else I can help with?
