Pharmacy Gave Me An Unknown Pill

I called to refill my Losartan, which has always been small & a greenish color.The pharmacy gave me a large, white, oval pill with no scoring & only the # 13 on one side. I can't find it anywhere online. Can you help?

This is not the 1st time they have screwed up & I want to know what it is b/4 I take them back in case it is something serious that could have hurt or killed me. I mean, I could have taken it just assuming that it was a different manufacturer. Because obviously someone is incompetent there..

I believe the marking on your tablet is actually intended to be an uppercase i and it is manufactured by Virtus, they list it as containing 100mgs of Losartan.

Is that the correct dosage?
