Pharm Changed Manufacturer On Lorazepam 1 Mg Cant Find It
Updatedok my husband is currently prescribed lorazepam 1mg. Went to pick up his refill and it said manufacturer changed, the pill is round whit scored on one side and the other side is U-S then it has a 1 under it... has anybody seen these? is it what its supposed to be? who is the manufacturer since pharmacy wont tell me... and how effective are they?

The Manufacturer was Upsher-Smith Laboratories, and this tablet did contain 1mg of Lorazepam. NDC: 00832-0911, it has now been discontinued.
The FDA warns that Lorazepam carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and mood changes.
