If it has the marking of BDN on it, then it contains Bonadoxina, which is a combination of Meclizine and Pyridoxone, it's from Mexico, it's not approved in the U.S. and is used to treat nausea, vomiting and dizziness.

From those that have used it, it is said to cause severe drowsiness and sedative like effects.

These medications are available in the U.S., just this particular pill is not available for sale here.
