Personal Problem

I had a disc herniation at L4/L5--for more than 3 months and took synap forte for a this continuous period--at times i took 8 tablets a day for the 3 months...due to the pain and immobility. I eventually had the operation called laminectomy to remove the disc that was sitting on the sciatika nerve.. I know suffer with a constant noise in my head--internal sound that is so loud that i cannot sleep or concentrate when the outside sounds are all off.. Doctors cannot find the problem thru MRI's, auidologists, ENT , neurologists... Is this a side effect of the continuous use of synap forte.?

Synap Forte contained Acetaminophen and Dextropropoxyphene and no, it hasn't been known to cause tinnitus like conditions.
