Periods Problems

I'm 50 years old still get my periods for 7 days but it is not normal it is thick peaches coming out and then the blood is streaming out i have it sins i was 30 years old the Dr told me that i must fall pregnant again . Then all this will come to a end well my daughter is nearly 16 and is still the same nothing is chance . 5 years a go i'm going for a blood test it shows that i'm going in my menopause stage but i didn't see a diffident in my periods still every month the same day for 7 day's and same heavy bleeding with heavy peaces coming out . Please can you give me answers . Now and than i get hot flashes and night sweat but not so offen

Everyone's periods can be different, it sounds like it's just normal for yours to be heavy with clots. If the clots aren't bigger than an egg, they aren't anything to worry about. You likely just have a higher level of estrogen, so your endometrial lining is building thickly every month.

You're 50, so they most likely will stop in another year, or so.

However, if you're really worried, then you should consult another doctor for second opinion.
