A little spotting today (thursday) and i think im going to have my period. Im on the 4th day of blue pills (3rd week) My question is do i still need to take or finish the 7 white pills or i can start on the next pack which is sunday?

You should continue to take all the tables, including the white pills, unless your doctor instructs otherwise.
Irregular bleeding can be a normal side effect of taking oral contraceptives and is generally nothing to worry about, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and PMS-like symptoms.
